BEGIN MY 30-DAY RESET
YOU CAN DO THIS WITH YOUR CURRENT STARTING POINT
“I haven’t worked out consistently.”
That is exactly why the Reset exists. Begin at your current level and focus on consistent execution—not perfection.
“I have a busy schedule.”
The system is designed around practical daily actions that can fit into a demanding life.
“I always lose motivation.”
The Reset does not depend on motivation. It helps you create structure, accountability, and repeatable standards.
“I don’t feel like an athlete anymore.”
Being an athlete is more than competition. It is the decision to prepare, execute, recover, and improve with intention.
“I have tried programs before.”
This is not another collection of workouts. It combines physical training, nutrition, mindset, and accountability into one performance system.
